Each month pairs a collection of our handcrafted Fusion Truffles with one Eclipse Bar, bringing two different chocolate experiences into a single subscription. Like every Eclipse Bar, yours is shaped by hand and poured thin on purpose, so it snaps gently and melts slowly on your tongue.

Choose your preferred Truffle Collection, then select an Eclipse flavor family — Pure & Bold, Botanical & Garden, Warm & Worldly, or Nutty & Soft. Have particular favorites in mind? Add them to your preference note and we’ll accommodate them whenever possible.

Or choose Atelier Selection / Surprise Me and leave one — or both — selections to us.

Chocolate Care

Made by hand, to order, in small batches, without artificial preservatives. Keep your chocolates in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat. Our bars don't need to be refrigerated.

Truffles are at their best within two weeks. If you won't be enjoying them right away, you can freeze the unopened truffle box: wrap it in plastic and place it in an airtight container, then thaw it in the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for about an hour before opening. Freezing preserves the truffles, but nothing compares to enjoying them fresh, which is why we always make yours to order.
Shipping

Your subscription ships free within the U.S. We ship on Wednesdays, so your chocolates travel midweek and never wait in a warehouse over the weekend. During warm months, we add ice packs at no extra cost.
Allergens

Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts, and it is not a certified allergen-free facility. Eggs are used only in our spoonable desserts. Please review each product's ingredients, and contact us with any questions before ordering.
