This website is operated by Vivilicious Artisanal Delicacies, LLC, doing business as Vivilicious Chocolates, a Massachusetts limited liability company.

Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Vivilicious Chocolates. "You" refers to anyone who visits our website or places an order with us.
Agreement to these terms
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, products, and promotions may change without notice, but a change will never affect an order we have already confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Handmade and perishable products
Our chocolates are made by hand in small batches, without artificial preservatives. Because of this, color, shape, and finish may vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photos on our website. Most handcrafted truffles are best enjoyed within two weeks. Storage guidance is provided with your order and on our website. Seasonal and limited items are available while supplies last.
Allergen information
Our kitchen handles milk, soy, wheat, and tree nuts, and it is not a certified allergen-free facility. Any product may come into contact with these allergens. If you or someone you are gifting to has a food allergy, please review product descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions before ordering.
In-store-only items
Some items, including cake jars and select Spoonables, are available only at our Natick boutique and cannot be shipped. These items are marked on our website.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, both linked in the footer of our website. Because our products are perishable food, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly and we will make it right.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders, such as our Truffle Duet, renew automatically at the price and frequency shown when you sign up, until you cancel. You may cancel before your next renewal date through your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges and does not refund shipments already processed.
Tastings, classes, and events
Bookings for tastings, workshops, private events, and catering are subject to the details and cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.
Corporate and custom orders
Corporate gifts, custom inserts, and large-volume orders are confirmed through a written quote. The quote sets out the quantities, pricing, lead times, and payment terms for that order.
Our content
All text, photographs, product names, logos, and designs on this website belong to Vivilicious Chocolates. They may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Massachusetts consumer protection law or other applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
