Mocha Swirl is a handmade, free-form Eclipse Bar pairing coffee and caramel: caramel-infused dark chocolate swirled with coffee-infused white chocolate. Familiar, cozy flavors meet in a chocolate bar made for a slow break or a small gift.

Our bars are poured thin on purpose. No need to wrestle them or brace your teeth. They snap gently and melt slowly, so every flavor has time to unfold on your tongue. Each swirl is drawn by hand, one piping bag in each hand, so no two bars ever look quite alike.

Made by hand, to order, in small batches, without artificial preservatives. Keep your chocolates in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat. Our bars don't need to be refrigerated.

Truffles are at their best within two weeks. If you won't be enjoying them right away, you can freeze the unopened truffle box: wrap it in plastic and place it in an airtight container, then thaw it in the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for about an hour before opening. Freezing preserves the truffles, but nothing compares to enjoying them fresh, which is why we always make yours to order.

We ship on Wednesdays, so your chocolates travel midweek and never wait in a warehouse over the weekend. During warm months, we add ice packs at no extra cost and recommend expedited shipping. Subscriptions ship free within the U.S.

Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts, and it is not a certified allergen-free facility. Eggs are used only in our spoonable desserts. Please review each product's ingredients, and contact us with any questions before ordering.
