Made by hand, to order, in small batches, without artificial preservatives. Keep your chocolates in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat. Our bars don't need to be refrigerated.

Truffles are at their best within two weeks. If you won't be enjoying them right away, you can freeze the unopened truffle box: wrap it in plastic and place it in an airtight container, then thaw it in the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for about an hour before opening. Freezing preserves the truffles, but nothing compares to enjoying them fresh, which is why we always make yours to order.
